 All items manufactured by Alpine Combat Systems LLC come standard with a lifetime warranty. Factory defects are covered 100%. Items are guaranteed to handle moderate impact and drop heights of at least 6 feet. We want our customers to know we back our products, and you are covered if your housing breaks. We will replace any component of your housing originally manufactured and supplied by Alpine Combat Systems LLC for the life of the product.

 If you purchased one of our original products from a dealer, please contact us for warranty replacements.

 This warranty does not cover items not OEM by Alpine Combat Systems LLC, please contact the original manufacturer of other retail items for their warranty information.

 REFUND POLICY

 A full refund can be obtained if requested within a 7 day period after placing an order. After 7 days a 30% restocking fee is retained.

 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 Alpine Combat Systems LLC shall not be liable for any damages that result from the use of or the inability to use the materials on this site or the products. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

 I understand that I am responsible for compliance with any and all U.S. Government export controls and regulations and that, if I violate them, it could result upon conviction in severe criminal and civil penalties (including substantial fines, imprisonment, seizure of controlled products, and technical data, and/or suspension/removal of export privileges) for my company and me.
